Factory warranty terms

• • Factory warranty provider: Alfasol d.o.o., importer, Kneza Branimira 189, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB 40343790595.
• • Products and duration: the factory warranty applies to residential AUX units and lasts 3 years with regular annual servicing. The warranty period runs from the date of installation, but no later than 2 months after the date of purchase.
• • Extended warranty: free registration within 30 days of purchase and regular annual servicing provide 4 additional years, for a total of 7 years; excludes multi-split and professional units
• • Installation: must be performed by an authorised partner of Alfasol d.o.o. holding a valid F-gas certificate who validates the warranty certificate
• • Maintenance: regular annual servicing must be performed by an authorised partner of Alfasol d.o.o. holding a valid F-gas certificate, at the buyer's expense; the buyer must keep every service invoice
• • The list of authorised partners is available upon request from the central service department: 01 234 25 25, info@klimatizacija.hr.
• • Installation and fitting are not included

Regardless of this factory warranty, the buyer has statutory rights against the seller in the event of a lack of conformity, free of charge and for at least 2 years. This factory warranty does not limit or affect those rights.

Your statutory rights

As a consumer, you have a statutory guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery for every product. If the product does not conform to the contract, the seller must repair or replace it free of charge, and in certain cases you are entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract. You exercise these rights with the seller from whom you purchased the product. They do not depend on product registration or a service contract. The factory warranty described on this page is additional and does not reduce your statutory rights.
